- No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, partially delivered, or in progress.
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction related to performance, reach, leads, or results, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
3. Exceptions
A refund may be considered only if:
- A payment was made in error (duplicate payment), or
- Services were not initiated due to a fault solely from Promo India’s side
Any such request must be raised in writing within 3 days of payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation of services before work commencement.
- If cancellation is approved, any applicable refund (if eligible) will be processed after deducting administrative or setup charges.
5. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
